CELEBRATING YOG DIWAS - 2024
JDEWS Celebrates YOG DIWAS – 2024 with great vigour and enthusiasm in the presence of women artisans, staff and very energetic Interns of Petroleum University (UPES) Dehradun – Uttarakhand. Most of the yogas like Pranayam, Surya Namaskar were practiced during the celeberation. Kavita Chaturvedi Scecretary – JDEWS conveyed the message to the youth while practicing the yog to remain heathy and happy while keeping yog a part of your daiy routine.
Some healthy refreshments were distributed by the organisation.
